Within the Contacts List of the CRM, admins can update the Index Columns to display fields that make the most impact for your firm. Below is a list of all of the different options.
To locate these settings. Select CRM in the top navigation panel. Select Contacts.
Select the Settings wheel in the upper right corner to reveal the available columns. By default, the following shown below with blue checkboxes are toggled "on." To adjust which columns are displayed, select the box to the left of each setting.
Name: First and last name listed on the CRM profile
Email: Email address listed on the CRM profile
Phone: The primary phone number listed on the CRM profile
Active Investments: The total amount invested by the investment profile and any associated investment profiles in active projects
Relationship Value: The total amount invested by the investment profile and any associated investment profiles in active and liquidated projects
Direct Investments: Total investments that CRM profile has made
Liquidated Investments: The total amount invested by the investment profile and any associated investment profiles in liquidated projects
Profile Type: Investor type of the CRM profile
Investment Profiles: Total number of profiles associated to the investor including additional investment entities
Status: Status of Investor Portal invitation
Login Count: Total number of times an investors has logged into the Investor Portal
Role: Role selected for the profile type; Investor or Prospect
Responsible Party: Contacts with access to the investor's profile through connections
Default Distribution Preference: Preference loaded in the Bank Account tab of the profile
Profile ID: Investor Profile ID
Tax ID: encrypted SSN with only the last 4 digits showing
