Contacts Table Column Settings

Overview

Within the Contacts List of the CRM, admins have the ability to display the fields that are most important to them by updating the Index Column settings. These settings are user-specific to the 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. To locate these settings. Select CRM in the top navigation panel. Select Contacts. Select the Settings gear wheel towards the upper right corner:

Screenshot_2023-01-16_150120.png2. This will reveal all available CRM column headers. By default, the following shown below with blue checkboxes are toggled to the "ON position." To adjust which columns are displayed, select the box to the left of each setting and then select Apply.

Options and Definitions:

Name: First and last name listed on the CRM profile 

Email: Email address listed on the CRM profile 

Phone: Primary phone number listed on the CRM profile 

Active Investments: Total amount invested by the investment profile and any associated investment profiles in active projects 

Relationship Value: Total amount invested by the investment profile and any associated investment profiles in active and liquidated projects 

Direct Investments: Total investments that CRM profile has made 

Liquidated Investments: The total amount invested by the investment profile and any associated investment profiles in liquidated projects 

Profile Type: Investor type of the CRM profile 

Investment Profiles: Total number of profiles associated to the investor including additional investment entities 

Status: Status of Investor Portal invitation 

  • Waiting - investor invite has not ever been sent
  • Invited - invite was sent
  • Invited (expired) - Invitation was sent password was never setup and expired after 7 business days
  • Accepted - investor created a password but never logged into their account
  • Active - investor created password and logged in

Login Count: Total number of times an investor has logged into the Investor Portal 

Role: Role selected for the profile type; Investor or Prospect 

Responsible Party: Contacts with access to the investor's profile through connections

Default Distribution Preference: Preference loaded in the Bank Account tab of the profile 

Profile ID: Investor Profile ID

Tax ID: Encrypted SSN with only the last 4 digits showing
