Investor Portal Login FAQ

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Please click the "Forgot your password?" link located under the Login button. From here, you will enter the email address used to log in and then click submit. This will send an email with a link and instructions for changing your password. Click here for a more detailed overview of the Password Reset function.

 

I forgot the email address I use to log in. What should I do?

Please reach out to the main office for the investor website you are accessing to help troubleshoot (their contact information should be located at the bottom of the investor website). Technical support would be unable to help with identifying this email address as a safety precaution. 

 

I tried to reset my password, but the email I received told me that the email address is not associated with an account. What should I do?

Please reach out to the main office for the investor website you are accessing to help troubleshoot (their contact information should be located at the bottom of the investor website). They may not have an account set up for you just yet that allows you to access the investor website. 

 

I'm not receiving an email to reset my password. What should I do?

Please check to make sure that the email address was typed correctly to ensure that the password reset email reaches you. Please also check to make sure that the password reset email is not in any spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you are still having an issue locating this email, please reach out to the main office for the investor website you are accessing (their contact information should be located at the bottom of the investor website) or technical support for assistance. 

 

I'm trying to reset my password and it will not let me save the new password. What should I do?

Please check to make sure that all password requirements are followed, and you should be able to proceed with saving the password. Here are the password requirements below:

  • Password must contain at least 8 characters
  • Password must include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Password must include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Password must include at least one number (0-9)
  • Password must include at least one special character (e.g., ! # % - _ = + < >)

If you are still having an issue with resetting the password, please reach out to technical support for assistance.
