How to Update/Add Additional Investor Profiles
Note: You are unable to add a Joint Account profile from the Investor Portal. Since a Joint Account consists of two Individual accounts, that connection must be made from the administrative side by your Sponsor. If you wish to create a Joint Account, please contact your sponsor to do so.
Start by selecting your name in the top right corner of the page. Select Manage Profiles:
If you have more than one profile associated with your account, you will see various profile options as you scroll down the page. Please note any "Profile Incomplete" messages indicating which profiles are missing required information to place investments, receive K-1s, etc. To update, you must navigate to the incomplete profile and select Edit Contact Info. All incomplete required fields (indicated by a red asterisk ( * ) must be filled out to save the profile.
Adding Additional Investor Profiles
To add additional profiles, click the "Add Profile" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page under your name. Select the appropriate profile type (Entity, Self-Directed IRA, or Trust), and complete all necessary information. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk ( * ).
Note the option to add multiple phone numbers and addresses. When adding more than one phone number or address, mark one as the primary. An address can also be marked as “Use for Tax Purposes”. When complete, select Save.
If you are unable to edit certain fields of your profile, your Sponsor may have removed certain editing rights to your profile. If so, please reach out to the Investor Relations contact and they can make the update(s) for you.
