Locating K-1s and Other Documents in the Investor Portal

The Dashboard tab will contain investment information for each profile associated with your account. If you have more than one profile associated with your account, your dashboard will default to All Profiles (see arrow below). Select the Profiles dropdown at the top to view additional profiles. Select the profile you would like to view documents for or select All Profiles to see all documents.

Navigate to the My Portfolio tab, and then select Documents:

The Documents tab will house documents associated with the selected profile(s). You can search or filter documents by profile, project, date range, and folder with the options to the left column. If your K- 1 is available, it will most likely be located in the “Tax Documents” folder, but your Sponsor may have categorized it in another folder. You can also use the search bar feature to search for a document keyword. If you have not viewed the document yet, a "NEW" indicator will appear in the right-hand column.

Once you have located the desired document, select the document name and the document will download or open in a new tab. Save or print from there.

**Depending on individual browser settings, the download location may differ.  if you can't find the document after downloading it, you should check the Downloads folder on your browser. If you're using Google Chrome you can click into the menu at the top right corner (3 vertical dots) and select Downloads from the menu that appears to access the downloaded document.
