- Navigation Fix: Ensured Back button consistently returns users to Import Data
2. Primary Phone Number Added to CRM Contacts Export
We have enhanced the CRM Contacts export to include additional phone-related details, enabling sponsors and admins to more effectively use primary contact numbers for communication.
What’s New:
Two new columns have been added to the CRM Contacts export:
- Primary Phone Type
- Primary Phone Number
These columns appear between:
- Primary Relationship Manager Type
- (Mobile) Phone Number
The Primary Phone Number field is now populated with the value selected as the primary phone within each contact record.
User Impact:
Admins navigating to the Exports → CRM Contacts section will now receive the usual export notification, and the downloaded file will include the new primary phone details for improved communication workflows.
3. Performance Improvements on Investor Portal Design page
We have optimized the performance of the Investor Settings → Investor Portal Design page to ensure a smoother and faster admin experience.
What’s Improved:
- The Investor Portal Design page now loads significantly faster for users with access to Investor Settings.
- Final page load time target will be documented once performance benchmarks are validated (TBD).
User Impact:
Admins accessing Investor Settings will now experience improved responsiveness when navigating to Investor Portal Design, reducing wait time and enhancing overall usability.
4. Ability to View eSignature on Demand Associations When Deleting Templates
We have improved the delete confirmation experience for eSignature Templates by surfacing associated eSignature on Demand batches before deletion. This enhancement applies to both Active and Archived tabs to ensure clarity and prevent accidental deletion of templates still in use.
What’s New:
- When viewing more options next to any eSignature Template (in both Active and Archived tabs), the Delete option remains available.
- Upon selecting Delete, the confirmation modal has been enhanced to display:
- Existing template deletion information
- A new section listing all associated eSignature on Demand batches
- Text included:
“This template is associated to the following eSignature on Demand:”
followed by the Batch Name(s)
- This ensures admins are fully aware of active associations before deleting a template.
User Experience Improvements:
- Applies consistently across:
- DOCUMENTS → ESIGNATURE TEMPLATES → Active tab
- DOCUMENTS → ESIGNATURE TEMPLATES → Archived tab
- After closing the modal, users are returned to the same tab (Active or Archived) to maintain context.
- Helps prevent accidental disruptions to eSignature workflows by clearly surfacing dependent batch associations.
5. UI Enhancement: Aligned Checkboxes in Segment Details
We have updated the layout of the Edit Segment Details page within CRM Segments to improve readability and visual consistency.
What’s Updated:
- In the grey Contacts pane, the headers ‘Exclude’ and ‘Contacts (x)’ have been repositioned:
- ‘Exclude’ now appears on the left
- ‘Contacts (x)’ now appears on the right
- The search icon is now correctly aligned to the right of ‘Contacts (x)’
- The checkboxes under ‘Exclude’ have been realigned and stacked vertically, ensuring each checkbox appears directly to the left of the corresponding contact name
- The updated layout now matches the provided mockup
- No functional behavior was changed—this update is UIonly
User Impact:
Admins navigating to CRM → Segments and selecting Add Segment or opening an existing segment will experience a cleaner and more intuitive interface when managing contact exclusions.
6. New Commitment Association Columns Added to Capital Calls Export
We have extended the Capital Calls export to include information about whether each capital call is associated with a commitment, providing greater clarity and reporting value for users.
What’s New:
- Two new columns have been added to the Capital Calls export:
- Column T: Associated Commitment?
- Column U: Associated Commitment Name
- When a capital call is linked to a commitment:
- The value “Yes” will appear under Associated Commitment?
- The corresponding commitment name will appear under Associated Commitment Name
User Impact:
Users with access to Exports can navigate to Exports → Capital Calls, download the file, and now benefit from clear, structured visibility into commitment associations directly within the exported dataset.
7. Add ‘Goal Amount’ Column to Entity‑Level Cap Table Export
The Entity level Cap Table export now includes a new ‘Goal Amount’ column. When exporting from the Entity Details page:
- A new column ‘Goal Amount’ appears between ‘Class’ and ‘Investors’
- ‘Goal Amount’ is now column C, and ‘Investors’ is shifted to column D
- The export displays the correct goal/target amount for each selected class
This enhancement provides clearer visibility into class level targets directly within the export.

02.19.2026: Feature Enhancements
- Created Date – Communications
A new required ‘Created Date’ field (calendar + time picker) has been added to all communication types—Call, Event, Note, and Visit—within CRM → Contacts → Communications.
What’s New
- When adding a Call, Event, Note, or Visit, users will now see a required ‘Created Date’ field below the Title.
- The field defaults to today’s date, and users may select a different date/time using the calendar.
- On save:
- A success message appears.
- Hovering over the record shows a timestamp based on the selected date.
- When clicking into a communication record:
- The static ‘Date’ field is no longer shown in the UI.
- Editing an existing communication allows users to update the Created Date, and the record updates accordingly.
2. Default Sort – Investor Portal
We’ve added new configuration options that allow sponsors to define default sort orders for My Investments, Open Offerings, and Closed Offerings in the Investor Portal, with full support across Investor Statements.
What’s New
1. Default Sort Option for My Investments (Admin – Investor Portal Design)
- A new dropdown “Sort Entity Tiles by – My Investments” is available under Investor Settings → Investor Portal Design.
- Sort options include:
Closed Date, Creation Date, Last Distribution, Minimum Investment, Name, Status, Investment Amount (new). - Ascending and Descending radio buttons appear below the dropdown, with Descending selected by default.
2. Sorting Applied to Investment Statements
- When creating or editing statement batches, if Include Investment Details is selected,
the exported/previewed/published statements will now follow the default sort option configured in: Investor Settings → Investor Portal Design → My Investments.
3. Default Sort Option for Open Offerings
- A similar dropdown is now available for Open Offerings, with the same sort options (excluding Investment Amount).
- Descending is selected by default.
4. Default Sort Option for Closed Offerings (Investor Portal)
- If the sponsor selects Investment Amount as the default sort option in Admin:
- The Closed Offerings list in the Investor Portal will default to sorting by Investment Amount.
- Sorting respects the sponsor’s chosen order (Ascending or Descending).
- Investors can override this using the Sort By filter in the portal.
Additional Note
- Labels for My Investments, Open Offerings, and Closed Offerings are dynamic and will automatically reflect any updates made in General Settings.
3. Disregarded Entity Enhancements
We’ve expanded the Disregarded Entity functionality, so it is now available on all CRM profile types (Individual, Entity, Trust, SelfDirected IRA, and Internal Entity), along with improved validations and UX updates.
What’s New
- A new Disregarded Entity checkbox and accompanying “Select a Contact” dropdown have been added above the Tax Identification Number field on all supported profile types.
- The dropdown remains disabled until the checkbox is selected and displays all CRM contacts not already flagged as a disregarded entity, sorted A–Z.
- If no eligible contacts exist, the dropdown stays disabled and a yellow warning well advises the user to add a valid contact.
- When selecting a contact:
- If the contact lacks Tax ID information, a warning well prevents saving.
- If the contact has Tax ID info, the profile’s Tax ID fields auto-lock and populates with the selected contact’s values.
- Profiles already used as a disregarded entity for another record will have the checkbox disabled and display an informational warning.
- If a disregardedentity contact is deleted from the CRM, the checkbox remains selected but the dropdown resets, Tax ID fields clear and lock, and a warning appears prompting selection of a new contact.
4. Wire Transfer Report Export
Wire Transfer reports for both Projectlevel and Entitylevel waterfalls now include full visibility into each investor’s external system IDs directly within the export.
What’s New
- When exporting a Wire Transfer report from a distribution batch (Projectlevel or Entitylevel), the downloaded file will now include:
- New columns beginning at Column R, one for each external system configured on investors’ CRM profiles.
- External IDs populated for every investor in the report, when applicable.
- This update requires Sensitive Data Access (SDA) and mirrors the format used in the standard Distribution export.
