- In the content text box of the Request Funds portal notification, in the first required tag, CLASS_NAME has been replaced with ENTITY_NAME, CLASS_NAME.
Email Campaigns
- Team members can now export all email messages within an email campaign batch by clicking a new Export Email Campaign button in the batch itself. This export includes the following data: content, recipient, recipient email, recipient type, sent, clicked, opened, bounced, rejected, and resend count.
- The Select Template tab has been changed to Select Layout, with no functionality changes.
Investor Statements
- A Segment(s) filter has been added to the Create Statement page so that team members can select investors to generate statements even quicker.

Investor Portal
- On the Manage Profiles page, investors will see a yellow warning message to update their default payment method when their Sponsor has disabled it for contributions or distributions. This warning message also appears on the Offering Details page when the profile selected to place an investment has an invalid default payment method.
4.26.24 Release | Feature Enhancements
- Years Held has been added to the Investment Metrics list. This metric displays the total number of years a project has been held and can be added to the Offering Tiles and Offering Details pages.
- In Statement Templates, the default column header text has been updated for the following metrics:
- Invested → Amount Invested
- Investor → Investor Profile Name
- Investor Type → Investor Profile Type
- Ownership → Ownership %
- Project → Project Name
- Status → Project Status
NOTE: All existing accounts have the old default header text saved as an override so that sponsors and investors do not experience a significant change. When clicking ‘reset to default value’ for any of these metrics, the updated text above will be the default. On creation, new accounts will see the new default column header text when viewing this page and creating a statement.
- The Market Data table in Market Overviews can now be exported so that sponsors can more easily scan and review this data.
- In Commitments, there were a few front-end updates related to Notification Settings to be consistent with Investments:
- Displaying the Notification Settings bell indicating in the table when an investor has Commitment Notifications toggled off
- Disabling/enabling the request commitment button if investors have Commitment Notifications toggled off
- Displaying the correct number of investors (based on Notification Settings) in the yellow alert well when requesting commitments
- Displaying the correct number of investors (based on Notification Settings) in the modal when requesting commitments
5.10.24 Release | Feature Enhancements
Market Overviews
- We are excited to release part II of Market Overviews, which allows sponsors to present market analytics data to their investors via the Investor Portal! On Investor Settings > General Settings, there’s a new 'Market Overviews' toggle that sponsors can turn ON/OFF to show or hide the Market Overviews page for their investors. Like the other toggles for the Investor Portal, there is an edit pencil if the Sponsor wants to rename the page to something else. There is also the option to set it as the default page for investors to land on upon login. Additionally, there’s a new page in Investor Settings titled Market Overviews Design where Sponsors can set their preferences/settings regarding market selection and page design at the account level.
Statements
- Now Sponsors can generate statements for specific investors, and not just Individual profiles with all of their investment vehicles rolled up into one statement. This was a highly requested feature, and we are happy to announce that when generating a statement, team members can now choose a Statement Type - either Consolidated or Specific. ‘Consolidated’ is selected by default and is the current-day statement functionality that customers are familiar with, whereas selecting ‘Specific’ will generate statements for all profile types - entities, trusts, IRAs, joint accounts - as well as individuals. To support the ‘Specific ‘ statement type, there’s a new Specific Statement Document Upload Notification template in Portal Notifications so that sponsors can customize the notification that gets sent out to investors when specific statement documents have been uploaded. The existing Statement Document Upload Notification has been renamed to Consolidated Statement Document Upload Notification for clarity as well.
Financial Suite
- A new text field labeled ‘Investment Description’ has been added to the Add/Edit Investment modal. The field is not required, but team members can enter a description for an investment for internal purposes and when syncing contributions to Financial Suite, this description will be posted to the AR invoice and GL entry.
New Investor Portal Design Settings
- We've added three new settings on the Investor Portal Design in Investor Settings:
- Nav Menu Text Color - changes the color of the navigation menu text on the Investor Portal
- Banner Text Color - changes the color of the main text on the Dashboard and Offering page banners on the Investor Portal
- Banner Metric Color - changes the color of the metrics on the Dashboard and Offering page banners on the Investor Portal
Other
- eSignature
- We’ve added a new Sender variable for class ownership percentage to insert into eSignature templates: class_percentage_ownership. When this variable is added to a template, the class ownership percentage of an offering will automatically be pulled into the signing document(s).
- Email Campaigns
- The email stats banner has been added to Investor Notification email batches. When clicking on any Investor Notification email, team members will now see the email stats banner above the table, which will show them the Open, Click, Bounce, and Marked as Spam percentages for the email batch (just how it works currently for custom email campaigns).
5.24.24 Release | Feature Enhancements
- When generating an investor statement, there are now two date fields so Team Members can type in their date range or select the start and end date from the calendar picker.
- In custom emails, a tooltip has been added to the Content label in the Message section - hovering over it displays the following message: “To add an image to the email body, please use the Image Upload button.”
- For offerings that they’re invested in, investors will now see a yellow alert message on the Offering Details page when the sponsor has disabled their default payment method for distributions. The alert message is hyperlinked so they can click through to Manage Profiles, where they will see another yellow alert message that lists all profiles with invalid default payment methods.
- For the help widget - the Salesforce team made a change where the email address field has been added to the initial screen, and the flow has been modified to account for the changes. This optimization has sped up the total wait time for customers while submitting a new case through the widget.
6.7.24 Release | Feature Enhancements
- Team Members can now preview all CC’d recipients when creating a custom email campaign. On the Select Recipients tab, there’s a new icon with the hover message “View/Hide CCs,” and clicking it reveals the CCs of each recipient in the list. Note: Team Members will not be able to remove CC’d profiles individually, but can still remove the investor profile receiving the email, and that will remove the CCs associated with it.
- The default number of rows on the Exports table has been updated from 10 to 25, so that all 12 exports that are currently available in-app are visible when navigating to the Exports page.
- An ‘Add Investment’ button has been added above the class cap table.
Investor Portal
- The Header Color setting has been renamed to Banner Color. The tooltip hover message has also been updated to the following: This is the background color for the banner at the top of the dashboard and above the investment pages.

- When a distribution batch is out of balance because the batch total is less than the total of distributions in the batch, an ‘Increase Total Distribution Amount’ button will appear in the Distribution Out of Balance notification well. Clicking this button increases the total batch amount to the “Sum of Distributions” amount.
- Investors who have been fully transferred out of a deal will no longer receive document upload notifications.
-
Investor Portal Enhancements
- On the Manage Profiles page, the labels and main content text have been reduced in size and have changed colors. The green star that indicates a “primary” piece of contact information has been changed to a black star. The Add Profile button has been moved up on the page, to the right of the search bar. Additionally, the background color and text color of the button now matches the respective hex color codes entered for the Button Color and Button Text Color on the Investor Portal Design page in Investor Settings.
- The download button across the Portfolio Performance, Transactions, Documents, and Uploads pages has been updated to match the button in the admin portal.
