7.24.25 Release | Feature Enhancements
This update includes several enhancements across Admin and Investor Portals, along with key bug fixes to improve usability, accuracy, and investor experience.
Admin Portal Updates
- Email Campaign: Recipient Filtering Enhancement - Status icons now appear next to recipient names. Added a new checkbox to exclude inactive investors from the list. Improved the responsive layout for mobile and smaller screens.
- Single Batch Distribution: Project List Update - Projects without investments are now excluded from the selection list. A tooltip has been added to clarify why some projects may not appear.
- Cap Table: Easily Identify Transfers in Multiple Contributions - The Transfer icon now appears next to the date for investments resulting from transfers.
- Org Chart: View Full Entity Names on Hover - Hovering over entity names now reveals full names via tooltip.
- New Field: Jurisdiction of Registration for Self-Directed IRA Profiles - Available in CRM, Add Investor flow, Investor Portal, and contact exports. Helps to maintain accurate jurisdictional data for IRA profiles.
- Edit Classes: Negative IRR Input Now Supported - Negative IRR values can now be entered and reflected across the platform.
- Verify Investor Notification for Self + Verify Accreditation - Investors now receive an Accreditation Request email after completing investments when “Self + Verify Investor” is selected.
Investor Portal Updates
- Improved Error Message for Expired SMS MFA Codes - Investors will now see a clearer error message when trying to log in with an expired SMS verification code. The message explains that the code has expired and provides a direct link to return to the login page, helping users restart the MFA process smoothly.
8.21.25 Release | Feature Enhancements
This release introduces a series of enhancements and fixes aimed at improving usability, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency across the platform. Key updates include new capabilities for renaming investor documents, expanded access for CRM-only roles in Task Manager, and improved data handling in investor profiles and import workflows. We've also added user-friendly features, such as date pickers and filename validation, while addressing several issues related to layout, validation logic, and metric calculations. These changes are designed to streamline operations, enhance clarity, and ensure a more consistent experience for all users.
📁 Rename Investor Documents (Documents > Personal & Project Documents > Investor Profiles)
Summary: Sponsors can now rename documents within investor profile folders using a pop-up modal.
- Rename option added to document dropdown
- Disabled if the document is shared across multiple investors
- Hover message: “This document is associated with more than one investor”
✅ CRM Only Role – Task Manager
Summary: CRM-only team members now have limited access to the Task Manager.
- Can view tasks assigned to them
- Can mark tasks as complete/incomplete (if View-Only is OFF)
- Cannot add, edit, or delete tasks
- Only sees “My Tasks” tab, “Team Activity” tab, and “Add Task” button are hidden
- Task details are viewable, but all edit options are disabled
- View-Only toggle disables task completion actions
📊 Investor Profile IDs Sheet – Column Headers Added (Profile & Preferences > Import Data > Investments > Add or Update Investments)
Summary: Column headers have been added to the Investor Profile IDs sheet for clarity and consistency.
- Column A: IMS Investor Profile ID
- Column B: Investor Name
- Column C: Primary Email Address
- All other content remains unchanged
⚡ Investor Documents – Improved Data Retrieval (Documents > Personal & Project Documents > Investor Profiles)
Summary: Investor Documents page now uses a more efficient service to filter, sort, and consolidate data.
🗑 Project Deletion – Super Admin Access (Projects > Project List)
Summary: Super Admins can now delete a project and all associated data via a confirmation modal.
- Deletes: investments, distributions, documents, classes, loans, assets
- Internal entities are unlinked, not deleted
- Confirmation modal requires typing DELETE PROJECT (case-sensitive)
- “Delete” button is disabled until confirmed. “Don’t Delete” closes the modal without changes
📥 Import Data – Status Column Added (Profile & Preferences > Import Data > Pending)
Summary: Sponsors can now view and sort the Status column in the Pending tab.
- New Status column appears next to the Capital Structure
- Displays distribution batch status (e.g., Draft, Sent for Approval)
- Sortable for easier tracking
- Status values pulled from: Project > Distribution Batches > Status
📅 Date Picker for Distribution Batches (Project > Distributions > Run/Edit Project Distribution Batch, Project> Entity > Distributions > Run/Edit Distribution Batch, Admin> Import Data > Upload > Single Batch Distribution)
Summary: Sponsors can now select dates using a date picker across all distribution batch workflows
- Enabled for: Distribution Start Date, End Date, and Sent Date
- Manual date entry is also supported
- Available in both new and existing batch modals
- Compatible with “Save,” “Run,” and “Download File” actions
🧾 eSignature on Demand (eSoD) Batch – Filename Validation (Documents > eSignature on Demand > Create Request)
Summary: Sponsors will now see a clear error message when using a duplicate filename.
- If filename already exists:
- Field turns red
- Message: “Filename already exists”
- Save/Send is disabled
- Once a unique filename is entered:
- Error disappears
- Save/Send functions as expected
9.18.25 Release | Feature Enhancements
🔄 Update: Project List Sorting Aligned with Entities
Project names in the Project List are now sorted alphabetically using the same logic as the Entities tab
- Available under Admin > Projects > Project List (Sorting by project name column)
- Previously, sorting was inconsistent (e.g., Fund III, LLC appeared before Fund I, LLC). Now, both lists sort names in the same intuitive order.
📥 New: Bulk Download for Matched Batches
You can now bulk download documents from matched, unmatched, or all batches via the meatball menu in the admin portal
- Available under Documents > Personal and Project Documents > Manage Batches
- Select a batch and click Matched, Unmatched, or All
- Use the meatball menu to choose Download Documents
- A pop-up confirms the download has started, and you’ll receive an email with a secure link (expires in 4 hours)
Note:
To avoid filename conflicts, each document will be prefixed with its document ID during download
📤 New: Bulk Export of Preferred Return Schedules
You can now bulk export Preferred Return Schedules for multiple investors at the class level
Highlights
- Available via Bulk Actions in the class view
- Export is enabled based on class-level rules and percentages
- Each investor’s schedule is saved as a separate file in a ZIP archive
- File names follow the format: InvestorName-InvestorID.xlsx
- A toast confirms export start; a notification with a download link appears once ready
- Link expires in 4 hours
Note: Exported data matches the logic of existing Preferred Return Schedule documents.
📊 New Feature: Custom Metrics Import Workflow
Sponsors, Admins, and Project-only users can now manage Custom Metrics more efficiently with a complete import experience—from template download to upload, validation, logging, and notifications.
🧾 Download Template
- Download a pre-populated Custom Metrics spreadsheet from the Import Data page.
- Select multiple projects with valid classes and active investors.
- Mandatory fields are locked; Project-only users see only their accessible projects (Project ID hidden).
📤 Upload & Validate
- Upload the completed file via the Upload tab.
- Valid uploads trigger a toast:
“Your file was successfully uploaded and is being processed." - Invalid or junk data shows detailed error messages; files can be removed and re-uploaded.
📁 Track in Import Logs
- Successful uploads are logged in Admin Settings > Data Import Logs.
Includes: Import Type, Project(s), Uploader Name, and Timestamp.
📧 Email Notifications
After processing, users receive an email:
- ✅Success: Custom Metrics Import Complete
- ❌Failure: Custom Metrics Import Error
📅 New: Manual Date Entry Support for Investors
Investors can now manually enter dates or use the date picker across key profile fields for improved flexibility and ease of use.
✍️ Locations to Enter Dates Manually:
- Date of Birth – for Individual profiles and during Account Creation
- Date of Formation – for Entity and Self-Directed IRA profiles
- Date of Creation – for Trust profiles
✅ Key Features:
- Type dates directly or select from the date picker
- Invalid dates trigger an "Invalid Date" error message
- All date fields are visible and editable in the UI
- Data is saved successfully upon valid entry
