Admin Password Reset

Step by Step Instructions: 

1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the IMS Admin login screen.

2. Enter the email address for your profile and click Submit. You will see a confirmation message letting you know that an email has been sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.

3. Locate the email in your inbox and click the Reset Password link.

4. Enter your new password into the Password and Confirm password fields, while following the password requirements listed, and then click Reset Password. You will see a confirmation message letting you know that the password has been successfully changed and there is a link to return to the login page.
