This dashboard contains a colorized table to quickly identify what financial data has been received. From a top-level view, you can see what date data was last received, how many properties are missing actuals, budgets, or both.

Hovering over the exclamation point in the upper right corner of these metrics will display a list of those properties.

The “Monthly Data Status” filter at the bottom will allow you to choose what statuses you want to see in the table.

  • All
  • Complete
  • Missing Actual
  • Missing Budget
  • Missing Budget and Actual
  • Not Holding

Downloading from the current view will result in a PDF file of whichever filters you are viewing in the table at the time of download.
