Period Analysis

This dashboard gives the user the option to view a Month over Month or Quarter over Quarter NOI, OpEx, or EGI portfolio performance depending on what is selected in the Analysis Comparison option under Filters.

The As of Date box directly to the left allows the user to pick the date on which they want to compare against. The three header boxes show the Monthly/Quarterly (whichever is selected) current Actual metric, Physical Occupancy, and budget usage for that period. Below each of these is an indicator that represents how the previous period compared to the current period.

Following is the Period Budget Variance graph that visually shows how the properties performed in the current period against that of the current period Budget.

Lastly, in the lower right-hand corner, the Period Overview chart provides a snapshot of the overall dollars.

Towards the bottom of the sheet is the “+ Accounting Details” button where you have the interaction ability to click to filter any of the properties and view their full Expenses by hovering to the left of “Property” and selecting the + or button:

To exit this expanded view, simply select the – button to collapse the expenses:

Filters

Using the Filter Options menu in the upper-right of the dashboard, the user can specify exactly what information they want to be displayed. Filters include:

Analysis Comparison - A single select that allows the user to pick the comparison choice on how they want to aggregate.

Segment - A multi-select drop-down that can be used to indicate groups of properties in your portfolio.

Property - A multi-select drop-down with the name of each property.

PMFirm - A multi-select drop-down with the different property management firms (if applicable)

Property Type - A multi-select drop-down with the name of each property type.

Category - A multi-select that allows the user to pick the mapping category to filter the data.

Account Description - A multi-select that allows the user to pick the account description to filter the data.
