Product Release Notes (Q3 2026)
07.23.2026: Feature Enhancements
Export Settings Enhancements
We've continued expanding the self-service export configuration experience with new filtering, saved settings, and export type support.
What's New
- A Date Range filter is now available when configuring the Capital Calls, Commitments, Distributions, Documents Viewed, Investments, Investments and Distributions, and Transfers exports, with column-specific filter options (for example, Received On, Due Date, or Closed Date).
- Export settings can now be saved on a per-user basis using a new Save option, and reverted at any time with a "Reset to Default Settings" link.
- The Profile Connection Details export is now configurable through the self-service export UI, including a custom export title, default sort order, and column selection and ordering.
Waterfall Name Visibility on Import Data
Reviewers approving distribution batches can now identify the applicable waterfall without leaving the Import Data page.
What's New
- A Waterfall Name column has been added to the Import Data → Pending tab grid.
- Batches without an associated waterfall display "-"; batches with more than one associated waterfall display "Multiple."
Performance Improvements
We've made backend GraphQL performance improvements to reduce slow response and loading times on pages that use GraphQL-powered components.
08.20.2026: Feature Enhancements
CRM Contacts: Custom Fields
Sponsors and CRM users can now capture additional, sponsor-defined information on investor contact profiles without waiting on a product change.
What's New
- A new collapsible "Custom Fields" section is available on the Contacts profile, supporting up to 20 field/value pairs per contact.
- Fields can be added, edited, and deleted directly on the profile, with validation to ensure a field always has a value before saving.
- Custom field names and values are included when exporting contacts to a spreadsheet.
- Values entered in a custom field become available as a dropdown selection when adding that same custom field to other contacts, so common values can be reused instead of retyped.
Custom Metrics: Numeric-Only Fields
Custom Metrics can now be restricted to numeric values, so sponsors can total them on Investor Statements instead of relying on a wide-open text field.
What's New
- A new "Allow only numerical values (including decimals)" toggle is available when creating or editing a Custom Metric.
- Numeric-only metrics validate entries across single edits, bulk updates, and data imports, rejecting non-numeric values with a clear error message.
- Enabling the toggle on a metric that already has non-numeric data preserves the existing values and flags them for review rather than deleting them.
- Metrics without the toggle enabled continue to accept any text, numeric, or special-character value as before.
Email Campaigns Performance Improvements
We've improved load times on the Email Campaigns page and recipient search, including for accounts with very large email history.
What's New
- Loading the Email Campaigns page and searching for recipients by name when creating a new email are both significantly faster.
