04.16.2026: Feature Enhancements
Documents Viewed Export – Available in Exports Library
Admins and team members with Exports access can now download a “Documents Viewed” export that lists each document alongside the investor(s) who viewed it, including view status and dates. Exports are processed asynchronously and delivered under My Profile → Exports, with a notification when complete. The downloaded Excel contains one sheet, “All Documents,” with columns: Document Name, Document Type, Published on, Viewed on (shows “-” if not viewed), Investor ID, and Investor Name. Sorting is by Document Name (A–Z), then Investor Name (A–Z).
What’s New
- New “Documents Viewed” export available from the Exports library.
- Confirmation modal on download, status tracking (Processing → Complete), and in‑app delivery with a 7‑day availability window.
- One-sheet Excel output (“All Documents”) with standardized columns and default multi-level sorting.
Unified Export Settings – CRM Contacts, Project List, Transfers, Capital Calls & Segments
We’ve introduced a consistent export-configuration experience across key exports, making it easier to title the export, choose sort fields and direction, pick sheets, and select/reorder columns—plus clear validations when a required sheet or column is missing.
What’s New
- Common Settings: Title (editable, max 100 chars), Sort By + Sort Direction (Ascending/Descending), and drag‑and‑drop column order.
- Sheet Controls (where applicable): Enable/disable sheets; rename sheet tabs; validations ensure at least one sheet and one column are selected before download.
- Segments Export defaults: If no Sort By is chosen, default sorting applies—Conditions sheet by Segment Name (Asc); Contacts sheet by Segment Name (Asc), then Investor Profile Legal Name (Asc).
- In‑app delivery: Standard confirmation modal and Notifications/My Profile → Exports workflow for processing and retrieval.
