Copying eSignature Templates

Summary

IMS offers the ability to copy an eSignature template so that you can reuse a template without having to start from scratch. This can be useful in times when you have made a lot of adjustments to a template, but simply want to change a few things, and save it as a new template in the most efficient way.

Step-By-Step

1. Navigate to the Documents, and select eSignature Templates from the drop-down menu:

2. Find the eSignature template you would like to duplicate. Select the drop-down arrow to the left of the eSignature Template name.

3. Select Copy from this list:

This will populate a new eSignature template to the top of the list. This will be an identical duplicate of the original template that was created, and the system will append '- COPY' to the end of the original template name. From here, you can edit the new copy without having to start from scratch. This can also be helpful if you would like to view how your original template was coded after it has been sent to investors.
