Upload Project, Entity, or Class-Level Documents

There are two ways team members can add documents to investors associated with a particular project, entity or class.  Method 1 is through the itself, and Method 2 is through the documents feature.

Method 1:

You can upload a project, entity, or class-level document directly from your project.

Pro tip:  It's important to note which investors in the project should have access to the document, as you will navigate to the appropriate level of the project before uploading the document.

  • Project Summary level:  All investors in the project will have access to the document.
  • Entity level:  All investors in the entity will have access to the document.
  • Class level:  All investors in the class will have access to the document.

You can also choose a Document Type, allowing investors to filter through their available documents.  Additionally, you have the option to add a Publish Date and to Notify Investors of the new document.  Select Upload.
