K-1 Matching & Bulk Uploader Overview

Overview

There are several ways IMS Team Members can upload investor-specific documents in bulk to the Investor Dashboard. If unique documents need to be uploaded to a specific group of investors, such as tax documents, Team Members can utilize the Bulk Document Upload tool. A preview of each document can be displayed to ensure that the document is correctly associated with the right investor.

There are 3 different upload methods Team Members can use when uploading unique investor-specific documents in bulk:

• K-1 Matching - Automatically matches the Entity Tax ID and the investor Tax ID in IMS with the Entity Tax ID and Investor Tax ID on the K-1 file.
• Manual Match - Manually choose the investor that needs to be associated with the unique investor-specific document.
• Upload by Filename - Appending IMS Profile IDs or IMS Investment IDs to the filename of the unique investor-specific document for a 100% match rate.
