Offering Preferences - Payments and Banking Options

Overview:

Customize payment methods that investors can choose when making contributions and enable notifications for investment confirmations. 

 

Legacy Portal instructions:

 

Step by Step:

To start, you will want to click on the ‘Profile & Preferences’ menu in the top right of the page and choose ‘Investor Settings’ from the menu. Then choose ‘Offering Preferences’ from the menu on the left.

Under Investor Communication, click the check box to allow investment email confirmations to be sent when an investment is successfully placed.

Under Banking Preferences, you can select the payment methods you would like to allow for contributions and for distributions. Check, AHC, Wire

Make your choices then save.

 

New Portal instructions:

 

Step by Step:

To start, you will want to click on the ‘Profile & Preferences’ menu in the top right of the page and choose ‘Investor Settings’ from the menu. Then choose ‘Waterfall/Distributions’ from the menu on the left.

Under Banking Preferences, you can select the payment methods you would like to allow for contributions and for distributions. Check, AHC, Wire Transfer.

Make your choices then save.

To update the investment email confirmation settings in the New Portal, please click General Settings, turn on the toggle under Investor Communication, and then save.
