The activity log in the CRM allows team members to see investor activity such as logins, updates made to their account, and more. This is useful for tracking investor engagement.
Step by Step:
Navigate to the Activity Log by selecting the CRM tab from the top navigation bar and then select Activity Log. The page you will land on will show you the most recent activity on the account, but you can sort and filter the data by using the filter drop down menus at the top of the screen. To export the data as a CSV file, select the 'export' button on the left hand side.
